Art In a Box Limited-Edition box set documenting the career of the multi-disciplinary artist Issa Ibrahim
This retrospective celebrates more than 30 years of art making of multi-disciplinary artist Issa Ibrahim, most of it created under extreme pressure in severe circumstances. Through it all the artist pursued and embraced the healing power of creativity.
Included in the custom box is the monograph ‘The Diversified Mind’, the book of risqué art ‘Superaunchy’, and Issa’s memoir ‘The Hospital Always Wins’, first published by Chicago Review Press in 2016, but now produced in paperback under Issues Books after Issa recently acquired the reversion of the rights to the printed book. There is also a Limited-Edition catalog Connoisseur of The Experience only available within the box set.
Also in the box set are 7 rare Limited-Edition CDs of original music from Issa’s 20-year catalog of official releases, a rare Limited-Edition DVD of his award winning 2014 musical documentary ‘Patient’s Rites’, as well as 2 signed art prints.
